The reception doors remain locked simply due to space restrictions in reception.
We continue to grow as a practice and treat more pets, which means more rooms are being used and we have limited waiting areas inside.
It is important we monitor waiting areas in reception to ensure the safety of our patients.
- Not all dogs are friendly.
- Not all cats feel comfortable around people.
- Some pets may have spreadable illnesses and require isolation from others.
