Lynbrook Vet made an investment in its team earlier this month by hosting a remarkable Team Alignment Day. Held at SkyHigh Mount Dandenong, the practice was closed for one day to prioritise team bonding and personal development.
Neha, Head of People & Culture, ran the day, commencing with two fun team-building activities. Workshops followed led by Neha, Dr Kunal & Dr Alina, which saw the team delve deep into the reasons behind why they do what they do and why they are a part of the veterinary industry. The day looked at the bigger picture, the reason we are here and do what we do, ensuring top-quality care for our animal patients and their families.
