Veterinary Nurse
From a young age I knew I wanted to work with animals. Spending my school holidays traipsing around the jungles of Sri Lanka with my family just solidified this in my heart and mind.
I completed a Bachelor of Science majoring in Zoology and a Bachelor of Vet Technology at Massey University (NZ), and a Certificate in Captive Wild Animal Management at Unitec Institute of Technology (NZ). Now, 30 something years later, I’m a qualified and experienced veterinary technologist/nurse, as well as a qualified zookeeper.
My love for wildlife and captive wildlife is very much alive, and I’ve also found my happy place being a surgical nurse at Lynbrook Vet. I look forward to expanding my knowledge and experience, while helping animals and their owners live the happiest and most comfortable lives.
