About Me
I’ve always been fascinated by animals and have loved caring for a wide variety of species throughout my life. Over the years I’ve shared my home with a dog, snake, gecko, and now a rabbit, each of which has helped shape my appreciation for the unique needs and personalities of different animals.
I am excited to be part of a profession that combines my love of animals, science, and lifelong learning. I enjoy the variety that veterinary medicine offers and am motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact through high-quality patient care.
My Passion, Purpose & Motivation
My passion lies in providing compassionate care for animals and building meaningful relationships with both pets and their owners. One of the most rewarding parts of my role is helping guide families through their pet’s healthcare journey and celebrating positive outcomes together.
Nothing makes me happier than seeing a sick or injured animal recover and return home feeling happy and healthy. I am particularly interested in exotic animal medicine and enjoy the challenge and diversity that comes with working with different species. I am also passionate about continuing to learn and develop my skills so I can provide the best possible care to my patients.
My Qualifications & Experience
I completed a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Veterinary Biosciences, before going on to complete my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (Extended Masters).
Before becoming a veterinarian, I volunteered at a reptile and amphibian rescue organisation in Hong Kong, where I grew up. This experience gave me valuable hands-on exposure to animal care and welfare and further strengthened my interest in working with a diverse range of species.
My Family & Hobbies
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my rabbit, Archimedes, who keeps me entertained with his unique personality and antics.
When I’m not at the clinic, you’ll usually find me catching up with friends or enjoying one of my many hobbies. I love bouldering, gardening, and indie gaming, and I enjoy finding new challenges both indoors and outdoors.
I look forward to meeting you and your pets and helping provide them with the highest standard of care throughout every stage of their lives.
