Growing up, I have always wanted a career that involves the love and devotion I have for animals, no matter how big or small!
I started my career in the animal industry in 2015, where I discovered my fascination of all aspects of surgical nursing. I pursued a highly rewarding opportunity working as the lead orthopaedic nurse assisting in major orthopaedic surgical procedures. I was also promoted to head senior vet nurse where I enjoyed providing management support to the nursing
team and trained the next generation of junior nurses.
Throughout the years I have gained a lot of experience and knowledge in all aspects of nursing, but my true passion lies with surgical nursing and assisting the vets in all procedures. Furthermore I am particularly interested in anaesthesia, dentistry, hospital care, interacting with clients and getting to know all your beautiful fur babies! I do have a soft spot for cheeky little rabbits and border collies!
In my spare time I am a passionate foodie and chocolate enthusiast! I enjoy catching up with friends and am also a very keen snow boarder! At home I am a proud mother of a cheeky border collie cross named Bella, two beautiful cavoodles, Roxy and Max, and a ragdoll named Aspen who keeps all the dogs in line!
I feel very proud to be part of such a caring and devoted practice, and look forward to working within the family environment that has been created amongst the team. I am excited to further develop my learning, continue my studies and to further my education in surgical nursing and anaesthesia with the Lynbrook Vet.
I look forward to meeting you and your pets!
